About Premier RoofingPremier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. With more than 20 years in business and 14 locations nationwide, we've helped thousands of homeowners restore their homes after severe weather.
We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being outdoors. No roofing experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
As a Field Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners in neighborhoods affected by recent storms to help identify property damage and guide them through the restoration process.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with homeowners and perform basic exterior property inspections
- Educate homeowners about the restoration and insurance claims process
- Build professional relationships through face-to-face conversations
- Schedule inspections and coordinate projects with our production team
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Paid training and ongoing mentorship
