Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Social Work department. This position will primarily support outpatient services, focusing on patients with renal failure in a dialysis center setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide social services and support to patients and families in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care and services for individuals facing renal health challenges.
• Float to various locations as required, including Turtle Lake and Garrison, with prior notice.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to understand patient needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Shift Details

The position requires a standard shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential travel or telehealth visits to sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work.
• Required Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or LCSW with North Dakota licensure is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Departmental Manager and Director will oversee operations during shifts.
• A week-long orientation with a preceptor will be provided.
• No self-scheduling or block scheduling is available.
• No weekend or holiday requirements are noted.
• Business casual professional dress code is expected during meetings.
• Position requires travel or telehealth visits as necessary.
