Build Your FutureThis role is designed for an advisor with an established practice. $20 million+ of AUM that could reasonably transition to SWMG is strongly preferred. SWMG provides the infrastructure to help you grow beyond the business you already have.What You'll DoMeet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.Convert qualified company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities into long-term client relationshipsPresent comprehensive wealth management recommendations covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and long-term planningLead prospective clients through discovery, solutions, and onboardingOversee asset transitions and help clients implement recommendationsConduct ongoing client review and planning meetingsIdentify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate referralsPartner with paraplanners, portfolio management, operations, marketing, and client serviceUse SWMG technology and workflows to manage prospects and client relationshipsParticipate in seminars, educational events, and marketing initiativesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of client-facing financial advisory experienceProven ability to attract, convert, and retain high-net-worth clientsDemonstrated experience managing an established book of business$20 million+ in AUM that could reasonably transition to SWMG is strongly preferredStrong financial planning and investment knowledgeExcellent presentation, communication, and consultative sales skillsBachelor's degree or higherLife and Health Insurance licenseAppropriate securities registrations/licensesClean compliance recordStrong organization and time managementCommitment to fiduciary responsibility and high ethical standardsCFP® certification and RIA experience are preferred.What You'll ReceiveCompany-generated warm leads through seminars, educational events, digital marketing, referrals, and other campaignsModern CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, digital onboarding, and workflow technologyParaplanning, investment, operations, marketing, and client service supportStructured Advisor Career Path and professional developmentMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; PTO; and 401(k) with company match.Compensation & Earnings PotentialBase Compensation: $100,000–$150,000Performance-based compensationTarget OTE: $250,000 in Year 1; $500,000 in Year 2; $750,000 in Year 3; $1,000,000 in Year 4.Defined opportunity to build a high-earning, scalable wealth management practice.OTE is performance-based, is not guaranteed, and depends on achievement of defined production and business-development objectives.Who Thrives HereHas already built meaningful client relationships and a book of businessWants qualified opportunities without giving up entrepreneurial growthEnjoys presenting advice and building long-term trustValues technology and operational leverageWants to spend more time advising and less time on administrative workIs motivated by production and long-term career growth.Work Location & ScheduleFort Worth, TX - In person.
