Job Description

Estacado Federal Credit Union is looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to help build and support a skilled, confident team across our branches.

What you'll do:

Coordinate & track onsite and offsite position-specific training
Lead new employee orientation and onboarding
Partner with supervisors to identify and meet training needs
Help develop and maintain employee policies and procedures
Travel between our Lovington, Hobbs, Eunice, and Denver City locations to deliver training and provide hands-on support

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Education, or a related field (recommended)
2+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or staff development in a financial institution (preferred)
Valid driver's license required

What we offer:

Competitive salary: $20 to $22/hour depending on experience
