Thread Roller Set Up/Operator
Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00460 Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm
Responsible for the setup and operation of one or more thread rolling machines.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required.
- Setup and maintain flat die thread rolling machines for green rolling or re-rolling to remove nicks.
- Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications.
- Set all tooling as required.
- Verify first-piece production dimensions against print specifications.
- Perform teardowns after job completion.
- Replace and reset thread roll dies as needed.
