Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Manage relationships with current customers to uncover additional product needs QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
