Project Manager - Water and Wastewater: 4740 HYBRID

Overview Halff has a potential hybrid position open for a Water and Wastewater Project Manager. This position presents a tremendous opportunity for responsibility and growth. Position located in Fayetteville, AR or Oklahoma City, OK. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. A relocation bonus is provided for qualified candidates. What you will do Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts What You Will Need Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible; preferably Biological, Civil, or Environmental Engineering) 4+ years of engineering experience in the Water and Wastewater industry: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 months Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater is a plus Halff Water/Wastewater Advantage We leverage more than 65 years of experience in the water utilities industry to develop creative and sound solutions Interdisciplinary team can provide full services from land development to treatment facility design Full toolbox of technology resources Halff’s Water/Wastewater Services Biosolids Handling Facility Design Facility Master Plans Facility Optimization Instrumentation, Control and SCADA Membrane Technologies Odor Control Process and Equipment Selection Regulatory Compliance Treatment Facilities Company Overview Halff is a full-service infrastructure consulting firm planned, designed, engineered, constructed — and purposed — for people.
