Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a dynamic and rewarding contract position in a supportive educational setting! Three SLPs are needed to fill immediate and upcoming openings. These roles are ideal for professionals with experience in schools and offer a variety of caseloads, including a high-priority maternity leave coverage that will extend into the full school year, non-public school support, and a flexible TBD caseload assignment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates welcome
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for helping students achieve communication milestones and educational success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions for diverse student needs and various educational environments
- Opportunity to cover a high-priority maternity leave (with a smooth transition into a yearlong assignment), support non-public school settings, or take on a flexible caseload yet to be determined
