El Rincon Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar – Addison Circle is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team in Addison, TX. As a Bartender at El Rincon, you’ll play a key role in delivering the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our recipes and standards. - Providing exceptional guest service and building lasting relationships with our guests. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. - Verifying guest identification and adhering to TABC guidelines. - Processing orders accurately through the POS system. - Monitoring inventory levels and communicating restocking needs. - Assisting servers and support staff during busy shifts.

We’re seeking a Bartender who brings energy, professionalism, and a guest-first attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - 1+ year of bartending experience . - Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits (tequila expertise is a plus!). - Strong customer service and communication skills. - A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Dependability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. - Current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification . - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

While not required, these skills will make you stand out: - Craft cocktail creation and consistency. - Knowledge of tequila and agave spirits. - Upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
