Job Summary

AVStar Fuel Systems is the world leader in the design, manufacture, and overhaul of carburetors and fuel injection systems for general aviation air cooled piston engines. AVStar's headquarters with our engineering, quality control, assembly and test facility is in Jupiter, Florida. AVStar's own manufacturing facility, in Auburn, NY, manufactures over 90% of the components used in our fuel systems. The shipping / receiving clerk accurately documents all incoming product (from our designated facility in NY and all other vendors) and prepare shipments to our varied customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Must be detailed oriented, mechanically adept and have good computer skills

- Ensures incoming product is accurately received and documented.

- Performs clerical support using company ERP system.

- Maintains detailed, organized, and accurate documentation. Keep work are clean and orderly.

Qualifications and Skills

Attention to detail is absolutely required.

Individual must be solution driven, have a strong work ethic, work well on his/her own, be reliable and punctual.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team following procedural processes.

Ability to read, understand and speak English is required.
