This part-time BCBA role is designed for flexibility. As a BCBA on our team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your time while still being supported and connected.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA

• Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA

• Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)

• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation under your guidance as a BCBA

• Collaborate with families and care teams

• Monitor progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes
  

What You Bring

• BCBA certification

• Maryland licensure or eligibility

• Master’s degree in a related field

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences

• Strong clinical and communication skills expected of a BCBA
