Hiring A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at client facility providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence‑based behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities Select appropriate assessment tools and complete required components for client funding in a timely manner. Administer assessments such as VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis. Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries. Use behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff necessary skills; monitor progress and adjust the program as needed. Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions. Create individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting. Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB. Adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies. Physical ability to move freely between seated and standing positions and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Preferred: 2+ years specifically working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
