ProSource of Richmond is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for inventory accuracy, team supervision, operational performance, and delivering outstanding service to customers, installers, and showroom staff.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, staging, and shipping activities.

Lead and support warehouse team members by scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily responsibilities.

Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.

Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and damage.

Coordinate product availability for customer pickups, deliveries, and installation schedules.

Load, unload, and safely move materials using warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company procedures.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Partner with showroom leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve performance.

You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:

3+ years of warehouse operations experience.

Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Forklift operating experience preferred

Experience with inventory management systems and inventory control processes.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials up to 70 pounds.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
