About the Role

Location: Burlington, Vermont

• Psychiatrist
• Provides outpatient mental health services and appropriate follow‑up.
• Provides consultation and case discussions to primary care providers to support psychiatric care within the primary care setting.
• Provides clinical supervision for nursing staff as assigned for triage, medication refills, referrals and nursing services visits.
• Provides appropriate teaching to trainees such as medical students, resident physicians, nurse practitioner students, and nursing students.
• Coordination, documentation, and continuity of care for risk management.
• Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible / Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Ability to hold a Vermont state medical license.
