HSE Supervisor Utility-Scale Solar PV / Renewable Energy Project | Texas
Candidates must have: Minimum of 7 years of HSE management experience in construction environments
Direct experience supporting Solar PV / renewable energy / power projects
Experience performing independent HSE oversight, including audits, inspections, and field compliance checks
Strong knowledge of electrical safety and HV safety supervision
Experience supporting energization activities and other high-risk construction activities
Working knowledge of Permit-to-Work and LOTO systems
Training in applicable safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and electrical safety standards
Ability to work closely with EPC contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders Important: Candidates must demonstrate real experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, or power project environments . Experience only in general safety, manufacturing, logistics, or non-energy environments may not be sufficient for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional with strong renewable energy construction experience to support a long-term project in Texas.
