Designer - Senior Day Shift Catoosa, OK, US 15 days ago Requisition ID: 1244 JOB OBJECTIVE: The Senior Solidworks Designer position is responsible for the design and drawing of air‑cooled heat exchangers and other heat transfer components.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Review and apply project specifications and incorporate into fabrication drawings. Serve as technical contact for the shop and outsource fabricators. Coordinate with internal departments to establish information needed to complete all technical activities (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales). Create and submit all customer approval drawings and calculations. Coordinate with engineering to complete bundle and structural detail drawings as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, & ABILITY:
3D Solidworks modeling experience is required. Experience with air‑cooled heat exchangers or relevant structural design knowledge is desired. General mechanical drafting knowledge and experience required. Familiarity with weld processes and symbols for vessel and structural applications desired.
