Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona, this 40+ partner, multi‑specialty orthopedics group seeks a BE/BC Orthopedic Spine surgeon. Collaborate in a private practice within state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including physical therapy, imaging, and patient education resources. Onsite mentorship for 2026 and 2027 fellows. Opportunity Schedule: 3 clinic days with 2 OR days – option for more. Degenerative or deformity oriented scopes welcome. Built‑in volume day 1 – dedicated APP and MA for each provider. Competitive base salary + WRVU and 2‑year partnership track. Sign‑on and relocation stipends allotted.
