The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Nail Technician to join our growing family. Whether you are a seasoned master of intricate nail art or a recent beauty school graduate eager to perfect your craft, we want you to bring your unique flair to our salon. No prior salon experience is needed—we will train the right licensed candidates! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, up-to-date with the latest nail trends, and dedicated to providing an unforgettable client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform top-tier nail care services, specifically focusing on flawless manicures and pedicures, Gel-X extensions, and hard gel overlays .
• Execute additional services such as classic gel manicures and dip powders (Please note: No acrylics!) .
• Create custom, high-quality nail art and designs based on client requests and current trends.
• Provide personalized recommendations to clients regarding nail care, treatments, and color choices.
• Maintain an immaculate and sterile workstation, strictly adhering to California State Board sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed (Strict Requirement): You must hold a valid California State Board of Cosmetology or Manicurist License to apply.
• No Salon Experience Required: We welcome both experienced technicians and those fresh out of school! We provide on-the-job training to help you master our high standards.
• Skill-Focused: You must have a foundational understanding of manicures, pedicures, Gel-X, and hard gel overlays , with a strong desire to perfect these techniques.
• Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Detail-Oriented: A perfectionist when it comes to shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and support your fellow artists.
