Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Bedford Hills Center | Bedford Hills, NH
$42–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Bedford Hills Center. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to help residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do

Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
Provide skilled interventions focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply
