Job Description:

The Digital Commerce & Operations Manager will oversee online business operations, improve digital capabilities, and lead initiatives that connect technology, customer experience, and business performance. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, technical aptitude, and a hands-on approach to solving problems and building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize digital sales channels, including pricing, product information, platform updates, and performance.
\n
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience.
\n
• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of business software and digital tools.
\n
• Improve operational workflows through process automation and systems integration.
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery, business processes, and operational performance.
\n
• Manage customer communications and feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
\n

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing digital commerce operations with measurable business results.
\n
• Experience implementing or integrating business software and technology platforms.
\n
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including familiarity with systems, data, and automation.
\n
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute in a hands-on environment.
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, enterprise systems, and process automation preferred.
\n
• Prior experience in a small or mid-sized operating environment is a plus.
\n
