Roles and Responsibilities Guest Experience: Coach your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and leaves satisfied. Model positive guest interactions and problem-solving skills, setting the standard for your team. Motivate your team to anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences. Proactively engage with guests, solicit feedback, and resolve escalated concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction. Operations Leadership: Develop your team's excellence through coaching and training on operational standards, menu knowledge, and service protocols. Model our culture and values, setting the tone for a positive and supportive work environment. Inspire your team's performance, providing constructive feedback and celebrating successes. Requirements The RIGHT person needs the following experience and qualities: Previous General Manager Experience (Experience must be in a full service restaurant with full bar) Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.) Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to our company policies Must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest and employee experiences Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs. Proven knowledge and results with growing a team and cultivating talent as well as business acumen and knowledge with managing multi-million dollar restaurant business Pre-Employment Screening Required Post Offer.
