In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat the pediatric population. Our facility is right inside of Easter Seals and we treat inpatient and outpatient children, 0-18 years of age. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination Qualifications Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain license Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply Must be familiar with treating pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing concerns. #CH About Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
