Sr Customer Experience (Gas Detection) Training Professional

As a Sr Gas Detection (Customer Experience) Training Professional at Honeywell, you will design and deliver impactful customer experience training that strengthens capabilities and improves customer interactions. You will report to the Sr CX Training Manager and work from our Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will improve customer experience and drive product and service growth by training sales teams, distributors, and customers in our gas detection solutions. Responsibilities Design and deliver role-based gas detection training for internal and external audiences, with a primary focus on Hi-Tech solutions while supporting broader gas detection training needs. Design, develop and maintain training courses, agendas, content, catalogs, and schedules. Drive service revenue growth through competency-based training programs. Travel more than 50% to deliver training at customer sites and other training locations. Use feedback and data to assess training impact and improve outcomes. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to complete key training initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of Customer Gas Detection training experience for industrial and safety audiences. Self-starter with technical expertise, business acumen, and global functional experience. Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights. Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% to customer sites in North Americal Region (domestically and occasionally internationally) We Value Bachelor’s degree. Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive a customer-centric culture. Project management skills to lead multiple training and documentation initiatives. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and interactive training content. Experience using training technologies and tools to facilitate learning and measure training impact.
