Urgent Care Physician

Lead the launch of a new employer-sponsored on-site urgent care clinic serving an employee population of thousands in Pontiac, Michigan. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with physician leadership in a modern on-site healthcare setting. Patient care at the clinic will begin on December 1st, 2026, with onboarding to begin in mid-November.

As the Supervising Physician, you will oversee a team of Nurse Practitioners, establish clinical standards, support quality initiatives, and help shape the culture of a growing employee health program from day one. You'll work closely with KerixHealth's clinical and operational leadership while maintaining the autonomy to influence care delivery, team development, and patient experience.
