Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Home Health in MARYSVILLE, California. This position involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The role functions as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care and support recovery objectives.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required; license to practice in applicable states required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; valid Driver's License (DL) and at least 21 years of age or older required.
• Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
