Nuclear Medical Technologist Supervisor

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. No holidays, no call, no weekends.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a nuclear medical technologist.
• BLS certification required.
• CNMT and/or ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification.
• NYSDOH license to practice Nuclear Medicine.
• Experience with Siemens Gamma Cameras preferred.
• NIH Stroke Certification required before start.
• Additional 8 hours of CEUs to be completed as part of facility orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the nuclear medicine technologist staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and operation of nuclear cameras.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide training and support to staff and students.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
