Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Malabar, FL 32950
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Schedule: 4/10s, Monday through Thursday)
As a Manufacturing Technician you will be:

• Responsible for performing functions associated with a variety of manufacturing operations across shared services areas.
• This role includes supporting engineers with equipment setup and calibration activities, performing rework, and conducting quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• The position may also involve using advanced software programs to collect and evaluate operating data for the purpose of making online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• In addition, the technician may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or improve manufacturing processes and support engineers in experimental activities.
• Operate inline cleaning equipment to wash, rinse, and dry circuit card assemblies during manufacturing to remove contaminants and ensure required cleanliness and product quality standards are met.
• Perform depaneling of circuit card assemblies during manufacturing by safely separating individual circuits from production panels using approved tools and methods to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform cycle counts of circuit components during manufacturing by accurately verifying physical inventory against system records to maintain inventory control, ensure material availability, and support production accuracy.
• Support additional manufacturing-related functions as assigned.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:  
Pay Range*: $23 to $25/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
