Janitorial / Cleaning Staff

DBS is currently seeking three reliable, dependable, and hardworking individuals for a long-term janitorial position at a residential property.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attendance, and are committed to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Sunday, rotating shifts
• Available Shifts:
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Midday Shift: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on the assigned schedule
• Employment Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities

We are hiring three employees to share coverage across two daily shifts, seven days per week.

Schedules will be coordinated among the three team members to ensure consistent coverage while providing employees with scheduled days off.

Applicants must have flexibility to work either shift, including weekends, as assigned.

• Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties throughout the property
• Maintain common areas, hallways, entrances, and other assigned spaces
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of designated areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and property guidelines
• Communicate professionally with property management and supervisors
• Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts consistently

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Professional attitude and attention to detail

• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
