Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Influence

Lead sales efforts within your territory, building strong relationships with business owners and employees. Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in previous roles

Strong, disciplined work ethic with a growth mindset.

Willingness to be coachable and embrace continuous learning.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent required;

Sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

Monday to Friday (primarily traditional business hours)

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay

Additional Requirements:
Highly Self-Motivated

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Drivers license (required); health insurance license is a plus.

3-5 years of work experience.
