IT Project Manager

IT Project manager needs 2 years experience in Procure-to-Pay project management/IT project management experience on-site as needed, up to 2-weeks/month or as otherwise requested Qualifications Bachelor's or university degree in a related field 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay project management 2 years of experience in IT project management Preferred Competencies Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay business processes Ability to work with Finance/Procurement professionals Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to independently manage competing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with other units/stakeholders, including executives, to coordinate meetings and logistics Ability to work in a team environment and to coordinate with colleagues and provide leadership in responding to user questions Demonstrate a background in general project management/coordination Job Requirements Standard office environment Hybrid mixed remote/on-site Ability to sit for short or extended time periods Ability to stand for short or extended time periods Ability to extensively use computer Responsibilities Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing delivery of assigned activities of the Supply Chain Management workstream (SCM) in the Financial Systems Transformation program, a multi-year initiative to replace the Universitys legacy, mainframe-based Financial Accounting System (FAS), Accounts Payable System (APS), and related finance and operations systems with Oracle Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Channel Management
