Sr Finance Analyst

What We Need:

As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Brady Corp, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will provide insightful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that help guide the company’s financial planning and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives .

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis with a strong track record of supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable recommendations.

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations relevant to the role.
