Estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we have all the necessary information to develop a winning bid for new commercial construction. Estimators must thoroughly prepare concrete construction estimates that address footings, poured walls, flatwork, and Post-Tension design elements. Our work includes multi-family, hotel, religious, medical office buildings, and industrial projects within North & South Carolina. The ideal candidate willbe a proactive, highest-quality contractor. What you'll do: Evaluate bid specs and drawings to build winning proposals Build strong GC relationships and manage full bid submissions Balance speed and strategy because accuracy meets urgency here What you'll bring: A degree in construction management (or equivalent field experience) A knack for reading drawings like a second language Skills in PlanSwift, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office A proactive mindset and sharp communication style #J-18808-Ljbffr Barker Staffing Solutions LLC
