Referral Coordinator

Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time, 40/hour per week

Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.

Locations available: Morristown and Newport, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing patient referrals for specialists, diagnostic tests, treatments, or other healthcare services.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage for referred services.
• Communicate with patients to inform them of referral appointments, instructions, and necessary preparations.
• Track and monitor referrals to ensure timely follow-up and appointments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
