Robot Service Technician AssistantWe are helping our client hire a motivated, entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant to support the daily operations, maintenance, and preparations of our delivery robots.This part-time and weekend-based role is the perfect starting point for individuals looking to build a career in robotics and electro-mechanical assembly. You will ensure our fleet is ready for deployment while learning foundational skills needed to advance in our rapidly growing industry.As a Robot Service Technician Assistant, you'll:Prepare robots for the shift: Ensure all hardware and software are ready for daily deployment.Put robots/batteries on chargers for the night: Manage power cycles to ensure maximum fleet readiness.Cleaning robots: Maintain physical appearance and protect sensitive external hardware.Perform mechanical repairs: Assist with and execute basic repairs on the robot fleet.Perform service campaigns: Help implement widespread hardware or software updates across the fleet.Assist remote support coordinators: Act as the hands-on field contact for the remote tracking team.Perform calibrations and wheel alignment: Ensure sensors and chassis components are properly tuned for safe navigation.Keep workshop clean and tidy: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace for the entire technical team.
