Senior Systems Integration Engineer Boeing Aerospace Operations Location: Berkeley, MO (Hazelwood, MO also considered); relocation based on eligibility. Overview The F-15 USAF Training Systems CLS Team in Berkeley, MO requires a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead system integration for high‑fidelity training platforms, including cockpits, visualization systems, synthetic opponents, and instructor control applications. Responsibilities Create and lead obsolescence management process for the F-15 training systems program. Provide technical guidance to technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues. Coordinate efforts between multiple engineering disciplines (software, hardware, mission assurance). Oversee the asset manager managing the database of program assets for system compliance and proper configuration. Write CDRLs related to obsolescence management to fulfill prime contract requirements. Manage technical manuals for deployed training devices and oversee configuration updates. Update technical operations manuals in alignment with prime contract delivery needs. Assist in troubleshooting training devices. Support formal testing and installation events as needed. Work directly with program engineering to resolve cross‑functional technical issues. Buildup, integration, and test of training devices for final delivery at customer site. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. Systems engineering experience including system integration. Experience with one or more of: hardware/software integration, file servers, computational systems, networking systems, visual systems, operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), and scripting. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience in engineering leadership roles or leading teams to success. Experience with operating system installation. Knowledge of basic input/output system (BIOS) configuration. Network switch configuration and domain setup. Product security and/or cybersecurity compliance experience. Security Clearance & Requirements Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active. Special Program Access or other government access requirements are mandatory. Conflict of interest must satisfy the company’s COI process. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $136,850 – $185,150.
