We’re growing rapidly to support an aggressive revenue target in 2027. Digital Content Producer Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager Location: Washington, D.C. The Role We’re looking for a talented Digital Content Producer to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and generates leads for BMG. You’ll work closely with our Content & Social Media Strategist on editorial strategy and our Senior Designer on visual execution. This role is AI-native, you’ll use AI to accelerate content production, from ideation through optimization, while focusing your expertise on storytelling, research, and quality control. Your content will directly support our demand generation targets: 100K+ monthly blog traffic and 200+ leads attributed to content annually. You’ll produce blog posts, case studies, webinar content, e-books, and white papers across all three priority segments (Systems Design/Integration, Staffing/Operations, Master Control/Channel Playout). What You’ll Do Content Creation (60%): Write 8-12 long‑form pieces monthly (blog posts, case studies, webinar scripts, e-books, white papers). Use AI for first‑draft generation, research synthesis, and editing iterations. Ensure SEO optimization and brand voice consistency. Collaborate with Paige on topic selection and strategy. Content Repurposing & Strategy (20%): Adapt content into multiple formats (blog, infographic, social post, email). Build content calendar aligned to demand‑gen campaigns. Support webinar content development and coordinate with Tim on visual assets. AI‑Leveraged Production (15%): Use Claude daily to draft outlines, generate first drafts, synthesize research, and optimize messaging. Build and refine prompts for consistent output. Document what works for team reuse. Performance & Optimization (5%): Track blog traffic, lead attribution, engagement metrics. Report monthly on content performance. A/B test headlines and CTAs. Adjust strategy based on data.
