Title: Class Action Attorney (Plaintiff-side) Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $220,000+ Base Salary + Competitive Bonus + Attorney Fee Participation Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Can transition to fully remote later We’re partnered with one of California’s premier plaintiff-side litigation firms seeking to add a Class Action Attorney to its growing Los Angeles office. The firm has built a nationally recognized reputation handling complex, high-impact litigation involving consumer protection, mass torts, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and class action matters. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful and sophisticated cases alongside some of the top plaintiff-side trial attorneys in the state. The team is known for its collaborative and litigation-focused environment. Attorneys are given substantial responsibility, strong support from experienced paralegals and staff, and the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of cases from inception through resolution. What You’ll Need: 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, preferably in class action or complex litigation JD and active California Bar admission in good standing Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and case strategy Strong research, writing, and litigation skills Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points: Experience with consumer class actions, mass torts, employment class actions, or complex plaintiff-side litigation Trial preparation or trial experience Experience drafting class certification motions or coordinating large-scale discovery What’s in it for you?
