Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site)

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $160.00 - 160.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Summary:

• Coordinate joint marketing activities with a major cloud partner (AWS), including webinars, events, workshops, content and demand generation campaigns
• Help scale partner programs to meet rising demand as part of a collaborative team of four
• Support partner marketing operations, including review requests, MDF submissions and reporting
• Track and analyze partner marketing metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
• Manage marketing systems, including Salesforce CRM partner data and partner payments through Zip
• Create training materials and coordinate partner enablement sessions
• Collaborate with sales, product and partnership teams; minimal travel for major conferences and offsites

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in partner, channel or alliance marketing
• Strong understanding of channel economics, partner journey mapping and ecosystem dynamics
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
• Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders at the same time
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and works independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; data-driven approach to tracking KPIs
• Preferred: AI/ML or enterprise tech background; cloud provider partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure); PRM or ABM experience
