Safe Place in Zion, IL seeks an experienced HR Manager to be the main point of contact for employees and managers. This role reports to the CEO and ensures HR practices comply with employment law and organizational policies for a staff of about 80. You will lead employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management and benefits administration, promoting a positive workplace culture and scalable HR processes for a nonprofit. #J-18808-Ljbffr Safe Place
