Job Summary:
The Dalles, Oregon The organization is seeking a CT Technologist to operate computed tomography (CT) equipment and produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues used for diagnosing medical conditions. This role includes performing a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, to support patient care. The position is represented by OFNHP.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred); Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R.T. (R)), with advanced certification in CT (required in Oregon and Hawaii; preferred in other locations); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred in California and Oregon); Venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon); ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) license required.
• Essential Functions: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients ranging from adolescence to geriatrics; produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images; uses PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer; maintains accurate records and ensures patient confidentiality; performs routine maintenance and manages supply inventory; performs additional duties as assigned.
