Client Manager

This full-time Client Manager is central to the Compass Marine team of Maury, Donnelly, & Parr, Inc. Based out of the Lawrenceville, GA office, the individual in this role will provide support by managing and coordinating all assigned wholesale accounts. This position is considered full-time, in-person for the 1st 90 days and then there's opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages assigned accounts; analyzes accounts for adequacy and appropriate coverage. Prepares final proposal presentation, analysis and summaries as needed. Reviews endorsements for completion and accuracy. Markets the account and reviews marketing placements. Initiates and follows up on renewal applications. Identifies cross/up selling opportunities. Expands and rounds out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage. Responsible for making sure that all the terms and conditions of the insurance policies are properly prepared. Tracks claims, flags claim-heavy accounts and incorrectly written accounts. Responsible for agency billing according to service standard. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience. State Property and Casualty Insurance License required. Applied Epic Agency Management experience required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Occasionally required to stand/walk; frequently required to sit; continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and to talk or hear. Normal office environment. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is presented within this posting. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
