Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST or CST
• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.
• Support business initiatives through data analysis and identification of implementation barriers.
• Support user acceptance testing of various systems.
• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects.
• Recommend potential business solutions and support successful implementations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance management and operational reports.
• Coordinate with various business units and departments in the development and delivery of training programs.
• Develop, share, and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement.
• Formulate and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the assigned function/product to support operational performance.
• Support requirements gathering, process analysis, impact assessments, data migration activities, testing, and operational readiness for the ABS Migration Program.
• Collaborate with Health Plans, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, Compliance, Member and Provider Services, and external vendor partners.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have; Business Process Analysis - 4 years
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation - 4 years
• Healthcare / Managed Care Experience
• Claims, Benefits, Encounters, Medicare, Medicaid, or Provider Data Experience
• Data Analysis & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Process Improvement / Business Solution Analysis
• Business Process Analysis - Strong experience analyzing business processes, identifying issues, and recommending process improvements.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and processes.
• Healthcare / Managed Care Experience - Experience in healthcare, managed care, claims, benefits, encounters, Medicare, provider data, or related healthcare functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience , preferably in healthcare.
• 4 years of business process analysis experience , including documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
• Healthcare, managed care, claims payment, or data analysis experience depending on the assigned function.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits, pricing, contracting, or claims, depending on assigned function.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies preferred.
• Experience with encounters or claims business analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA transactions, including 837, 999, 824, and 277 , preferred.
• SQL scripting knowledge preferred.
• Managed healthcare experience, preferably Medicare, for Medicare-focused functions.
• Knowledge of data migration preferred.
• Knowledge of software enhancement/planning preferred.
• Agile knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology.
• Knowledge of data integration preferred.
• Previous structured testing experience preferred.
