Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Stand San Juan Capistrano 31882 Del Obispo St, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675, USA The Stand has grown to 22 locations across California and Texas, and we're not slowing down. We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role. If you've managed a restaurant team and you're tired of working for a company that doesn't actually promote from within, this is worth your time. What You'll Own as an Assistant Restaurant Manager

Work schedule
- Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guests
- Team development: training and coaching
- Daily operations: support, ordering, opening/closing
- Guest experience and complaint resolution
- Cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
- Total Restaurant awareness - you'll understand how your shift impacts the stores success
- 1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experience
- Strong communicator who leads by example on the floor
- Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do
- 21+ years old, full-time availability including weekends
- Tip pool (~$5-7/hr average) + performance bonus
- Up to $28.00 per hour
