Mitigation Technician (No Experience Needed, Paid Training)

Restore Peace In Crisis
Come restore peace in crisis with our dynamic and hardworking team! This position is responsible for mitigating water, mold remediation, and fire/structure cleaning commercial and residential properties.
This position assists and handles water extraction, containment setup and breakdown, demolition, cleaning, moving in/out of contents on all mold, water, fire and smoke damage claims.
Compensation: This job averages 5 to 10 hours of overtime per week. There are also bonuses, commissions, and incentives!

- Previous restoration or construction industry experience preferred, but not necessarily required
Essential functions:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Respond to emergency calls and available for on-call work
- Perform demolition work after water/flood, fire, mold or storm damage
- Restore homes according to IICRC standards with the lead techs guidance
- Follows established safety guidelines and protocols
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
