Responsibilities Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members. Responsible for accurate accountability of the Cashier and Player Services department activity. Responsible for accurately completing and updating electronic MTL/NIL and chip bank. Conduct transactions within the department and other departments as needed. Perform Player Services Cashier duties as needed. Understand department objectives, standards, and guidelines. Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations. Possess thorough knowledge of casino policies for all cashier areas. Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, foreign currency and paperwork. Observe and verify funds received and disbursed to other departments, guests and transactions between cashiers. Process table fills and credits. Prepare and process exchanges. Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed. Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements. Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette. Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling and/or 1 year casino cashier experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Willing to learn and be adaptable. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
