Lead Salesforce - Agentforce & Omnichannel (only 3 months Project)

Client: ADP Years of Experience: 13+ Location: Atlanta GA Description Need skilled Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) resources with strong experience in Agentforce and Omnichannel, preferably with Data Cloud expertise. Role Hands‑on Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud. Core Technologies & Skills Data Cloud (ingestion, streaming, search indexes, data chunking) Bots AgentForce (AI Agents) Building AI Agents integrated with Data Cloud End‑to‑end ownership of data architecture + AI retrieval pipeline Scalability of AI systems (handling millions of queries) Optimizing data retrieval so agents don’t scan the entire database Designing segmentation and robust architecture for performance Expectations from Role Strong understanding of how Data Cloud + AI Agents work together Ability to implement scalable, production‑ready solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Genius inc
