Treasury Manager

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Treasury Manager responsible for overseeing cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, and financial controls. This role manages liquidity, supports financial decision-making, and ensures effective treasury processes within a complex, high-revenue organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and overall cash management activities
- Monitor cash balances and support short- and long-term cash forecasting
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit card processors
- Oversee banking transactions and treasury-related activities
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls surrounding cash and treasury operations
- Monitor treasury activities for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Develop financial and treasury reporting for management
- Build and maintain dashboards to track cash and treasury metrics
- Analyze treasury data and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support banking services, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements
- Assist with bond-related activities as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong cash management and treasury experience
- Experience managing banking relationships and working with credit card processors
- Strong understanding of internal controls and treasury processes
- Experience working within a large or upper mid-market organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP
- Experience developing dashboards and financial reporting
- Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems preferred
- Bond experience preferred
