Service Manager | Field Operations Leader Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments? We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple service lines. This role is ideal for leaders with experience managing technicians, route-based operations, field service teams, lawn care, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities services, or similar service-focused organizations. What You'll Do Lead & Develop Teams Recruit, hire, coach, and develop field technicians and supervisors Build a culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and advancement Ensure teams maintain all required certifications, licenses, and training Manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and operational demands Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations, scheduling, routing, and workforce planning Monitor productivity, service quality, and technician performance Conduct field audits and site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery Manage equipment, fleet, inventory, and department resources What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians, service crews, or field employees Strong background in daily operations, production management, and workforce planning Experience with routing, scheduling, labor management, and KPI-driven performance Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop successful teams Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational performance Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and safe driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Search Group
