Assist Customers:Provide exceptional support within your role and ensure every interaction leaves a smile. Handle Payments:Process cash and credit transactions accurately,maintainbalanced cash drawers, and manage equipment returns with care. Collaborate & Communicate:Work closely with colleagues,escalate inquiriestocustomer service when needed, and keep everyone in the loop. Scheduling Installs:Follow technician schedules and create appointmentsfor new and existing customersthroughout Oklahoma and Texas. Follow Policies:Adhere to all company guidelines, including security and cash handling procedures. QualificationsRequired Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - 1+ years of customer service experience Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with software testing (preferred)
