Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current eligibility for (or possession of) an active Minnesota medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
